However, when a panel cannot be easily accessed or when a dent is too large or forms a crease we may need to straighten out the panel, sand it and apply body filler before painting and refinishing the damaged surface to return the panel to its pre-accident condition. Naturally, this process is more expensive and labor intensive than paintless dent removal and may require additional time depending on the size and location of the dent.
